STATEMENT OF KENNETH BABYFACE AND TRACEY EDMONDS

Washington, D.C. Kenneth Babyface Edmonds and his wife, Tracey, releases the following statement:

After being unofficially separated for quite some time, it is with deep
regret that we announce our permanent separation. We remain best friends,
and will continue to work together in our companies, and our various
business ventures.

More importantly, we are parents of two wonderful children, and will continue to provide a loving, caring and stable environment for them. It is for this reason, that we are requesting that you respect our privacy, and the privacy of our children. We will answer no further questions regarding this matter.
