New York invites all New Orleans' evacuees, expatriates, sympathsizers and lovers to join us in a Jazz Funeral Procession and 2nd Line to Mourn and start the REBIRTH energy for the City of New Orleans. Join 10 year old Trumpeter Grand Marshall Glenn Hall, the Rebirth Brass Band, the Hot 8, the Giant Phoenix Puppet and many others in this Procession...line-up is near the Grand Marshall floaton 6th Avenue between Spring and Broome.
