Page Kennedy Fired from "Desperate Housewives"
Listen to this article Listen to this article

You all know him as the lovable guy in the basement on the hit series "Desperate Housewives." But homeboy was doing something he shouldn't have been doing and was fired from the show. Was he touch some white booty? Or probably just to maky blacks on this lilly white of a show. His role is currently being recasted. Be strong black man you can always join the cast of The Wire if HBO ever decided to bring it back. e was so intent on joining the show, he said, that he passed on other jobs, including a recurring role on Showtime's "Barber Shop" and parts on WB's upcoming Rebecca Romijn series, "Pepper Dennis," and on UPN's "Love, Inc."

"I needed this opportunity to play this kind of character," Kennedy said. "It isn't the kind that comes around often and it's usually played by a name (actor). This is an opportunity for me to showcase all the years of training I've had."

Don't worry Desperate Housewives is boring and you'll be just fine on Love, Inc.

Check out the reason given for his dismissal. Had something to do with suspicions involving a murder in Chicago.
